1. The Italian DIH network and the Digital Innovation Hubs that compose it

Italian DIH Network is the coordinating network of 6 European Digital Innovation Hubs in Italy.

The Digital Innovation Hubs are organizations or consortia that make up the European ecosystem of Poles (or centers) for digital innovation, being expanded, born on the basis of activities related to the European Commission project called I4MS.

The Digital Innovation Hubs are aimed at SMEs and more structured companies, so that they can fully seize the opportunities offered by the 4th Revolution Manufacturing Industrial, also in line with the recommendations of Industry Plan 4.0 of the Italian Government, through networking, matchmaking , brokerage and dissemination of innovative digital technologies and best practices for use of the same.

The Digital Innovation Hubs I4MS facilitate the identification of applied research projects in a transnational context, because they are closely linked to major Competence Centers, both Italian and European.
